Kimi Raikkonen to Run Infineon? With Robby Gordon Motorsports?

There was testing going on today at VIR (Virginia International Raceway) to get ready for the first of two road course races of the 2011 NASCAR Sprint Cup season.

According to PlanetRobby, During testing, former F1 Champion, Kimi Raikkonen, who made his NASCAR debut in the Camping World Truck Series last week at Charlotte (and will be making his Nationwide Series debut in the NEMCO Motorsports #87) was testing for Robby Gordon Motorsports since Robby was out west for business. It was Kimi's first ever laps in a Cup car.

There is speculation that Raikkonen will be in the Sprint Cup race at Infineon this year. And now, its possible that he will run the race with Robby Gordon Motorsports. But things can change at anytime.

UPDATE (6/19/11): It turns out that Raikkonen will not be in the Infineon race for Robby Gordon Motorsports. Kimi wrecked during the testing session, which was the primary car that Robby Gordon finished 2nd with last year.
